Share Plan Award

In accordance with the terms of her appointment, the Company's new President - Africa, Asia and Australasia Region, Paola Pocci, was granted, on 16 November 2021, an award (Award) under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP).

The Award has been granted over 49,077 shares which have been set by reference to the mid-market closing price of the Company's shares on 16 November 2021.

In accordance with her terms of appointment, the performance criteria will be the same as those used for the Company's LTIPs granted in February 2021 to other participants and described in detail in the announcement dated 18 February 2021.
