Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that it has purchased 14,984 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 512 pence per share for cancellation. The Company purchased these Ordinary Shares through Cenkos Securities plc acting as its broker.

Following the above purchase and subsequent cancellation, the Company will have 50,202,437 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure of 50,202,437 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
