  (the "Company") issued from its block listing authority 
  300,000 shares at a price of 535.00 pence per share. 
 
 As a result of this issuance, the total number of Ordinary 
  shares in issue will be 293,971,439 and the total number 
  of voting rights in the Company will be 293,971,439. 
  There are no shares held in Treasury.
