17/5/2005 17:37 | I am a holder and am getting a bit hacked off to be honest. The fund is good , the concept is good,I am a holder of the Impax fund as well as the stock and the fund management side of the business seems to be working reasonably. What I don't think is working is the advisory side. If you go into the website you see no change from one month to the next. There is no news flow and those tombstones that they show you for deals done .... I haven't seen a new one for years. So what the hell are these guys doing? The other thing that bothers me about this comopany is that they do not communicate anything. I can see no information about what happened to their proposal to award themselves a generous options scheme. I don't even see up to date valuations for the Impax Fund anymore. Is there anyone there I ask myself. I am almost bored enough to just sell up ad clear out of the stock at least and take a pretty hefty loss. I need convincing about why tp keep holding this one. Over to you fools ! Robsy | robsy2
12/1/2005 13:01 | Would seem that the incentives wouldn't be offered unless there was a realistic chance of them being achieved - otherwise they'd act more as a disincentive. So if longer term incentive (14p / Sept 07) is actually achieved then I would be reasonable happy. S87 | survived87
12/1/2005 10:47 | incentive scheme is a bit on the generous side? for ref, recent report and accounts... | rambutan2

09/12/2003 12:00 | Hi O, I continue to hold and am happy to see the move. I wonder if anything in particular is going on. I seem to be in the same position I often am; thought there was value here, couldn't see why others didn't think so (or hadn't seen it) and am then surprised when some sort of re-rating occurs. Anyway, onwards and upwards; hopefully. | mart
09/12/2003 11:13 | Mart, you're right, of course, but this is not a irony free zone.... Ipax has potential for movement. I'll keep it at that. | ormond2d
05/12/2003 13:43 | I spoke too soon about the .66. I'll keep my mouth shut. Holding. | ormond2d
05/12/2003 13:29 | ormond Type in Impax and do a News search on Google :- | gerry2
05/12/2003 13:17 | Glad to hear of the interest from you all. There aren't many of us! Another small rise today to .66. It seems to be a steady ship. Can it gain any more steam? I didn't find the co. website too illuminating, so any extra info would be appreciated. Let's keep the thread going. | ormond2d
05/12/2003 01:08 | I continue to hold. | mart
04/12/2003 22:08 | Ormond I like this one ? not yet in . info on the company web site :- regards gerry | gerry2
04/12/2003 13:24 | ormond, i agree this board is not thriving. This in part is due to the fact that the company does not actively look to drum up interest from private investors. However thinhgs are moving along nicely and i am prepared to continue holding. | yas0
04/12/2003 12:30 | Has anyone any info of interest on this miniscule mover? | ormond2d |
