Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDH.L) ("IDS" or the "Company"), a specialist producer of manual and automated diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, was advised that today, Paul Martin, Group Finance Director, acquired 2,250 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of GBP1.84 per Ordinary Share.
