12/12/2014 08:13 | Immedia (AIM: IME), a premier UK supplier of digital music, entertainment and commerce channels to leading brands, is pleased to announce the appointment of SPARK Advisory Partners Limited as its Nominated Adviser with immediate effect. | battlebus2
14/11/2014 09:42 | Agreed - it's the "working with O2 on a number of strategic initiatives" that I like. Managed to grab another 15k on the bell BOOM shareholding currently worth over £800k | sailing john
14/11/2014 09:32 | IME own 6,000,000 BOOM shares. | someuwin
14/11/2014 08:04 | Great news here! | someuwin
14/11/2014 08:00 | Agree, very nice contract. Along with the Wembley contract is momentum finally starting to build. | billbyrne
14/11/2014 07:20 | That's a decent contract with O2 this morning, though no financial details, had my eye on these for a while. | battlebus2
23/9/2014 08:43 | Agree Steg Added today on the back of the BOOM windfall not reflected in IME price IME MC circa 2.4m BOOM invesment now worth - £1.1m Plus £0.8m in just 3 months Shareprice not yet reflecting this windfall SJ | sailing john
22/9/2014 20:44 | BOOM shares now worth over a million quid. What they should do now is SELL!!!!! | stegrego
19/9/2014 09:37 | mjcrocket , agree with all your sentiments. I was surprised to see the fall on Wednesday as the fall in revenue had been warned about in august & there had already been a substantial share price fall at that time. The audioboom shares were a nice surprise to the upside - now worth £825k. Possibly pretty volatile, but theres a possibiliity the value of the BOOM shares is going to exceed the mkt cap of IME at this rate. | mr angry
18/9/2014 18:55 | Slightly amusing that the CEO Mr TREVOR Brookes has bought shares... I guess now we know why he calls himself Bruno ;) | stegrego
17/9/2014 14:05 | Since my post at 9am this morning, AudioBoom's shares are up by 7% which adds a further £50,000 to the value of Immedia's investment. It is surprising to see IME's shares fall today as the results were in line with the Trading Statement last month and the news re the BOOM shares is a considerable boost to the Company's assets. | mjcrockett
17/9/2014 09:02 | You have got to give the company credit for their investment in BOOM. They bought the shares in March 2014 and they have multiplied six fold since then. The BOOM shares are now worth £675K which compares to IME's market cap of £2.0m. | mjcrockett
17/9/2014 07:33 | Well they have 600k worth of Audioboom shares, which is nice, but not something that can be relied upon to stay valued at that. | stegrego
08/8/2014 09:52 | Well I was completely wrong re my assumption of a further stampede for the door this morning. | fugwit
08/8/2014 09:17 | Parabolic chart that's all I'm saying, get a few sellers today and the share price dips further. Hard to see when you're holding because you can't question why you bought, but the same is happening across the board in small co stocks. Shorters paradise not that I agree with that practice as my posts will tell you. | big7ime
07/8/2014 23:45 | Big time, you have never even posted on this board before. I doubt you have even heard of this company before today's fall and you probably don't even know what they do or what market expectations are. How about you toddle off back under that rock? | stegrego
07/8/2014 23:41 | Thanks for saving us. It looks pretty straightforward to me. It doesn't say they will significantly or materially miss. Some contract slippage. Obviously some parasites will want to keep talking the share price down so they can get in lower..... | stegrego
07/8/2014 23:31 | Nobody's going to buy now, only one way this can go. Need clarification damn quickly | big7ime
07/8/2014 20:16 | Stegrego, you may be correct. Seems open to interpretation to me, quite possibly intentionally. Your interpretation is reasonable. At this stage only management or guidance from their broker can confirm. I dare say a few will be trying to speak to both over the coming days. I foolishly missed the AGM, it would be nice to get a presentation from management about the current state of play and strategy. Is anyone already chatting with them about similar? | fugwit
07/8/2014 18:55 | They all say that Steg but by that time they've all disappeared. | big7ime
07/8/2014 18:47 | Big7ime, I wondered the same, but the early sales were all by investors on this thread, and relatively small, so no leak imo. Pleased to see you delayed your purchase battlebus2! | interceptor2
07/8/2014 18:37 | Big time, if this gets anywhere near 6.7p I will buy 100 grands worth. It wasn't highly rated before this drop. Revenue is still coming just starting later than thought. Still looks way overdone to me, but of course people find it hard to hold anything for more than a few weeks these days.... | stegrego
07/8/2014 18:30 | Thank christ you didnt buy in bb2! None of us saw this one coming. | cfro
07/8/2014 18:20 | Wow thankfully i didn't buy on Monday. | battlebus2
07/8/2014 17:50 | Chart showed the classic double top and head and shoulders as was pointed out here by somebody. lucky those who managed to get out with decent profit as this profit warning now cements the downtrend to resistance at 6.7p. this mornings price drop on few trades looks like the TU was leaked. | big7ime |
