mjcrocket , agree with all your sentiments. I was surprised to see the fall on Wednesday as the fall in revenue had been warned about in august & there had already been a substantial share price fall at that time. The audioboom shares were a nice surprise to the upside - now worth £825k. Possibly pretty volatile, but theres a possibiliity the value of the BOOM shares is going to exceed the mkt cap of IME at this rate.

Since my post at 9am this morning, AudioBoom's shares are up by 7% which adds a further £50,000 to the value of Immedia's investment.

It is surprising to see IME's shares fall today as the results were in line with the Trading Statement last month and the news re the BOOM shares is a considerable boost to the Company's assets.

You have got to give the company credit for their investment in BOOM. They bought the shares in March 2014 and they have multiplied six fold since then. The BOOM shares are now worth £675K which compares to IME's market cap of £2.0m.

Well they have 600k worth of Audioboom shares, which is nice, but not something that can be relied upon to stay valued at that.

Parabolic chart that's all I'm saying, get a few sellers today and the share price dips further. Hard to see when you're holding because you can't question why you bought, but the same is happening across the board in small co stocks. Shorters paradise not that I agree with that practice as my posts will tell you.

It looks pretty straightforward to me. It doesn't say they will significantly or materially miss. Some contract slippage.

Obviously some parasites will want to keep talking the share price down so they can get in lower.....

Stegrego, you may be correct. Seems open to interpretation to me, quite possibly intentionally. Your interpretation is reasonable. At this stage only management or guidance from their broker can confirm. I dare say a few will be trying to speak to both over the coming days.

I foolishly missed the AGM, it would be nice to get a presentation from management about the current state of play and strategy. Is anyone already chatting with them about similar?

It wasn't highly rated before this drop. Revenue is still coming just starting later than thought.

Still looks way overdone to me, but of course people find it hard to hold anything for more than a few weeks these days....

Chart showed the classic double top and head and shoulders as was pointed out here by somebody. lucky those who managed to get out with decent profit as this profit warning now cements the downtrend to resistance at 6.7p. this mornings price drop on few trades looks like the TU was leaked.
