This is an unusual company where the share based payments are greater than the profits.
That makes the cash flow statement look good when they are added back in, but is it an illusion?
For a young company they have a wide range of SBP schemes.
Presumably the costs will increase proportionately to the company's growth.

Anyone got a handle on this?

Does anyone have the eps f/cast for 2016? I don't think the ones on DL are accurate unless there is a massive tax credit to be had!

Spark Ventures (SPK) could be a way to play this stock - they hold 10.5m shares at a discount to NAV of approx 20% - DYOR but looks interesting if you think Tosca will take IMI private in the not too distant

Previous action from Tosca on Daisy and Phoenix IT suggest premium of 20 to 30% from here...

Hopefully the c13m shares traded today means the SPK holding has changed hands and therefore the overhang cleared. We could now have some progress with the sp!

There was some talk of distributing the IMO shares to SPK shareholders pro rata... it is their last investment and the idea was it would be wound up this year actually last year.

If this is leaked negative information then something needs to be done (I know it won't be)I'm sick to my back teeth of this shoddy practice
