New non-executive director appointed

IMI plc ('IMI'), the specialist engineering group, announces the appointment of Katie Jackson as a non-executive director and member of the Audit, Nominations and Remuneration Committees with effect from 1 July 2018.

Katie has extensive experience at international executive level through her successful career in the oil and gas industry. Since 2016 Katie has been Vice-President of Commercial and New Business Development at Royal Dutch Shell. During her career, she has held business development and senior operational management roles in several leading oil and gas companies, and spent five years in investment banking with UBS in its corporate finance team.
