Hope you're right H, Odd price drop last few days, I hope there hasn't been a leak, thought we were likely to stick in a tight band, 135-145 until an announcement, surprised the process is taking so long. Getting bored now!

I'd love to be wrong but I think 270p may be more than a tad optimistic with the share price where it is now. I'd be a little worried there has been no update or market chatter of potential suitor in past month, partly why I bailed at £1.46 a while back

I think the company wants it lower (the sp) in order for its desired bidder to win and get it cheap.

Checked back in to see if the sale had been announced, sad to see the share price drifting down, but hope the remaining longs get some good news soon 👍

The share price has little effect on how many options the CBs get. The reason for kitchen sink'ing the results the year before last is clear if you read the details of their LTIP. 50% based on adjusted EPS improvements. And a lot are nil cost.

Good work if you can get it huh ?

Any interested parties are getting a better and better deal the more the price slides. And there was me thinking directors had a fiduciary obligation to maximise shareholder returns.

Well, it's been more than 10 weeks now since several companies apparently expressed such interest in buying the whole company that the formal sale process was announced and, incredibly, nothing more has been heard - in other words no one has yet actually made any sort of bid - and we're almost down to where we were before the sale news was announced - I'm not sure I've ever seen that happen before where a sale has subsequently happened. It's hard to describe just how totallly out of their depth the chuckle brothers are - the share price is now below their options level. I'm sure they'll still get a place on another BoD though once this debacle is over. But the big question is - will they leave their big red noses and size 75 shoes at KL ?

Hmm. Wonder what CB3's public source for "Bit of good news on the Apple situation" is. Nothing on IMG's site or on the wire points to large contracts. The Denso news is about collaboration, not contracts.

I have sat on this site watching forum on my stocks of interest, for months, without bothering to register or comment(sorry for being a parasite). I felt compelled to comment last week and today because I am worried that someone might not understand how nasty investor might turn if it turns out that someone working for IMG is seeing "crystal balls".

You'd think if there were that many deals in the mix - large ones too - that they would take the company off the market surely.

If it turns out you aren't talking 'crystal balls' then you're probably going to get arrested.
