Still Waiting I cannot see MMs keeping this low for long either. As for Abal Group mentioned above...The AIM rules appear to be somewhat lax on Group structure regulation I suppose in time they will shut the door But AF might be seeking to advantage shareholders here with a clever move

for others who have a longer time frame it represents an excellent opportunity to buy in at less than cash with no future losses to fund.. and potential new abal business.

micro cap, high risk etc etc

ABAL GROUP LTD set up 14th Dec 2018 by Angus is a software related compsny.Note the word GROUP in the company name.This tells me Angus is may be looking into creating multiple businesses under one umbrella.Does TERN ring a bell ?A portfolio based TECH company based ?Definatley intersting times ahead.

If the plan is to invest 2-3M in new business then discounted share issue is possible. We will see in a few months. Now hard to predict the future plan.
