So if Vin M investes into IMTK, it will be at 5p maximum as per rns.

However she may own up to or above 29.99% vut co will waive T/O rules

Long term investment as no body can turn a 2.5m co into 500m overnight, but having her on board is excellent news

However, to gain traction they may need to raid further cash - still £3m cap is tiny & has great potential

Sub 1p is what it is worth. All an increase in price does is create a larger bubble with a greater crash with huge losses ultimately.
