Is the Advfn graph correct? Sharescope shows a minimum of 4p about 6 weeks ago, but here it's indicating a low of less than 1p. Can anyone clarify? Thanks.

There are many scenarios for all shares. Yes at some point they will raise money that’s why they are on AIM. No idea where the share price will be or what the terms of those loans will be. I bet her reputation gets a better deal than AS gets us, I doubt it will be a culn. It might not have a straight share issue attached either or not with terms that get them flipped anyway.

A statement of fact about controlling interest
If you look at the financials they will raise more money and she will still need a controlling interest
If those facts are uncomfortable for you then that is not my problem
