10/9/2007 09:35 | Still no great shakes here; another loss but they report "on track" for full year. Happy to waych from the sidelines for time being - it's always a bit disappointing to my mind. | philjeans
07/9/2007 19:06 | yep Lol!...paulie 1...can you post tip from UK analyst here....you mentioned 93% uplift from current levels, so that puts us in the +20p region. 07/9/2007 09:22 | pre, look how high AGC was earlier in the year....look at it now!!! so post 1327 is hardly a compelling reason to invest in ISD | cyclingnut
07/9/2007 09:20 | especially with the retail sector so shakey at present, easy way to save dough is to pull out there own cd's and elevator music and cancel any Isd contracts!! | cyclingnut
07/9/2007 09:16 | I agree with cyclingnut pre - be careful of mangement imo. | liarspoker
07/9/2007 09:13 | past performance or share price is no guarantee for the future performance or indeed share price. there is a reason why it is 13.5p, that is all the market values it at? | cyclingnut

07/9/2007 08:26 | From most recent RNS: Imagesound buys TSC Music Systems for 4.75 mln stg, says H1 trading in line LONDON (Thomson Financial) - In-store music supplier Imagesound PLC said it bought TSC Music Systems Ltd for 4.75 mln stg and that its first-half trading is in line with its expectations. The company said it expects the acquisition -- which adds new clients including Starbucks, Orange, Caffe Nero, Gala, Montblanc and Alliance & Leicester, and a total of 3,500 additional outlets -- to be earnings enhancing in first full year of ownership. Imagesound said it will integrate TSC into its existing offices in Chesterfield over the coming months, and that it expects significant integration benefits through improved efficiencies and economies of scale. 07/9/2007 08:23 | Looks like this is about to take off....p/e too low imo...cheap at current levels and earnings enhancing acquisition should fuel further rises, dyor:-0)) | pre
31/7/2007 09:08 | Earnings enhancing acquisistion in first full year...excellent...b | pre
31/7/2007 07:52 | Paying 2x sales for a loss-making business doesn't look like an obviously great deal. Can see it pottering around or slightly below these levels till the impact of the acquisition on the bottom libe becomes clearer. | wiganer
31/7/2007 07:23 | So, they're used part of their bank loan to make an acquisition. Assuming the synergies they indicate come thru and it is earnings enhancing it looks like a good fit. The data they give is very limited; they're paying just over 2x revenue for a loss maker. Reassuring mid-year update and we now have a date for the results. | ptolemy
19/7/2007 22:42 | any predictions smiler? | mikey_b |
