29/11/2017 16:09 | spreadex have been limit up for spme time.... | waggle
29/11/2017 11:35 | More fool Boundary for selling, IMO. Pity it has had such an adverse effect on the shares, but klets hope it gives other people the chance to invest. | monty68
29/11/2017 11:06 | I'm not aware that spreadex hold positions in their own right, so my guess would be that one of their clients has taken out a large SB. | kazoom
29/11/2017 10:46 | Owenski - Thanks for posting the email from IGE. The reference to their very positive trading update of 30th Oct and confirmation of its accuracy is reassuring. | joshgroeny
29/11/2017 10:41 | Spreadex, probably the principle Spreadbet company? Interesting they feel the need to hold shares! | assagai

29/11/2017 10:21 | Good to see as i hoped, a new substantial shareholder! | assagai
29/11/2017 10:19 | well done Sarah and it's good to know that buys are showing as sells because i just could not figure why there was apparent further selling now that Boundary's decision to sell has been well covered. It did cause a blip but Hey Ho, dropping a fortune in one day is stocks and shares i suppose. I hope the company will get the results out as soon as possible, hopefully next week and then we will get a truly up to date situation which i strongly believe will be our next rung up the ladder! | assagai
29/11/2017 10:05 | And my 2 buys of 50,000 showing as sells... | sarahbudd

29/11/2017 09:45 | For reference, I emailed IGE yesterday afternoon from the investor contact ref. on the companys' website and had a reply by 9.30 today. Decent communication. | owenski
29/11/2017 09:42 | Hi all, reply from IGE company secretary re. share sale. There were no caveats on the email, so I think it's ok to post. - "Thank you for your enquiry yesterday. Whilst Reyker Securities are named on yesterday’s announcement, the underlying shareholder is Boundary Capital and they have indeed sold some of their holding of Image Scan shares. However, I can confirm that none of the directors have sold any shares and their beneficial holdings remain unchanged. While I can only speculate as to the actual reason Boundary have chosen to sell some shares today although having been a supportive shareholder for more than three years, I suspect Boundary sought to take some profits, following the recent positive trading updates of the Company. As you are aware, the Company issued a pre-close trading update on 30th October (hxxp://www.3dx-ray. I hope that I have answered your concerns." | owenski
29/11/2017 09:41 | The shareholder page on their website has been updated. Reyker are showing as having 5308973 shares and presumably the bulk of these are the 5204682 shares still showing up as beneficially owned by Mawer but legally owned by Reyker. On this basis I am assuming he has not sold any. | tiswas
29/11/2017 00:16 | They can be a million reason why they sold Bilance portafolio other investiment opportunity etch. I for one I take some as it seems overdone and I was on a free ride as I got in at 6 and sold half at 12.75 now back in with full amount and little more Business seems ok forward order good too at least seems to be if was bad news they probably sell in the news | jovi1
28/11/2017 22:43 | buywell3 this company will only need cash for aquisitions if at all, they are now cash generative. ps were you ever bidwell? | assagai
28/11/2017 18:55 | I wonder if more cash is needed again ? | buywell3
28/11/2017 18:50 | shanklin i personaly wasn't suggesting that PS has anything to do with the drop today quite the opposite. If you read my post carefully that is clear. nonetheless we're entitled to our opinion and imv he's an opaque operator. Have you watched the price action around some of the small caps he tips? i have and there are occasions with some of the illiquids when it looks very odd. However that's no more odd than similar tipsters like TW et al. Who's benefit do you think these guys are writing their blogs for? Here's a novel suggestion for all tipsters do a stock write up inform your readers you are positive on the stock leave it a few days buy the stock and notify them let them know when you've gone stale on the stock leave it a few days then let them know you've sold. Without question i would never suggest any impropriety on PS or any other tipsters in respect of inside information I'm sure they're never party to such things Knownowt spot on! Usual crowd hysteria mass panic woody | woodcutter
28/11/2017 18:19 | The company is in a 'Close Period' and company directors and PDMR (people discharging managerial responsibilities) are prevented BY LAW from dealing in shares of the company or, for that matter, informing a third party of the forthcoming figures. To suggest that either Bill Mawer or Richard Leaver was in any way party to the decision to realize the gain made on Boundary Capital's investment (in August 2014 at 2p) is to impugn their characters. From Boundary's website it is an early stage investor in growth potential; the Fund Manager presumably felt that the IGE was now on a firm footing and that the money could be used to back another company. To knock the share price by 20+% smacks of hysteria. | knownowt |
