That's because punters do not buy on DMA offer side.
But shorters will hit the bid side.
If a few bulls hit the offer side a few times, each one takes out 25,000 it may start moving, but they aren't going to do that as they wait for others to hit the offer side.

If people do not buy orders on the bid side too, defending the stock that's another problem

That RNS may not come till Tuesday/wednesday.

Bombardment of buying pressure this morning but CANA got an unlimited supply of stock for some reason ! Is CANA doing a forward sold placing as a holding announcement should be made

Orm5I think you also need to add the discussions taking place with multiple councils and also other majors like SSE and the Governments intended financial support and backing of this kind of project. The perfect storm would be a positive RNS Monday along with the TR1 either new holding or an increase with one of the major holders!! Those that went short are going to have to try and play it smart other wise they are going to be tripping over each other to cover their positions!! Coupled that and if HSBC are increasing too along with another major holder, it's going to prove for an interesting week!

Could it be the perfect storm for IGAS1)Existing production and rising oil prices2)High gas prices and security of supply currently in focus - returns the focus to in country production and shale gas3)Energy transition - decarbonisation of heat, one of the hardest sectors to decarbonise. Geothermal offers stable fixed price energy4) Energy transition - local hydrogen production

They have a reliable RBL facility secured largely by them hedging 50% of production on a rolling basis.
Seems to have been a good way to secure the co esp during the last year and kept placings at bay.
They have a fair amount of headroom still though agree it would be good to see them pay off the principle rather than draw down at next reporting period but the rising oil price has to be helping there. (imo)

You're clearly deluded Letmepass but they're indebted for their growth ambitions as is the norm with similar type companies but at least they make money or do you believe companies are established as corporates from the outset!

10.8m shares at 21.28p, the transaction value is £2.3m, easy maths 10m at 21p would have £2.1m.
date stamp today, so it must be a worked buy.

Furthermore, they even delayed some other buys from yesterday close price.

What like HSBC taking their stake to 18m! I dearly hope there's some muppets that went short below 20p especially those continuous sells at 15.5!! Scramble time to close i sense!!

While share price get smashed with 400-500 shares on the bid side, causing 1%-2% decline, someone manage to buy 10m at only 35% premium.

What a crooked market. The ones who stayed and with balls of steel will be rewarded handsomely on Monday. It should be minimum of 21.28p.

£2.3m trade !!!

10% of the company sold or acquired.

That means the seller is gone or MMs was looking for a share to fill that buy.

Seller gone, means we rise.

Big buyer the same.
