Please see cut and paste below as in my judgement it is one of the best ever posts re fracking and their shares.

As always, DYOR and watch the share price slide.

Ridiculous discount says Malcy todayToday 10:13
Malcy today-
For IGas whilst this is yet another disappointment one must bear in mind a few points, firstly its substantial conventional E&P business which has a a 2P NPV10 of $160m is not impacted at all. Secondly the OGA indicate ‘that susceptibility to seismicity depends strongly on a location’s specific geology with the mere presence of faulting or the parameters of the injection possibly of less importance’ which I take to mean that an area such as the East Midlands, being less faulted could be relatively unaffected by this moratorium.

All will unfold and the OGA, which will add more evidence in due course, has plenty more to say in this debate.
For IGas where the shares have fallen substantially this morning putting them on a

ludicrous discount to core and deliverable NAV.

I quite agree with Malcy-time to buy methinks.

world-class resource-is IGAS --TOO CHEAP ?Today 08:47
RNS TODAY
Commenting, Stephen Bowler, Chief Executive Officer said:
As announced, following interpretation of the cores at Springs Road in Nottinghamshire, we know that we have a significant recoverable gas resource in the Gainsborough Trough. Following interpretation of the cores taken across the 500m Shale horizon at Springs Road, we estimate that there is 630 Bcf of gas in place per square mile, and if applied to our entire acreage in the East Midlands, this would equate to 270 Tcf of high quality natural gas. At expected recovery rates, this would equate to satisfying up to 19 years of the UK's gas demand giving this country both energy security for years to come as well as providing billions of pounds of investment into the East Midlands and the creation of thousands of skilled jobs.
We have confirmed a world-class resource at our site in North Nottinghamshire and remain committed to working with regulators to demonstrate that we can operate safely and environmentally responsibly as we have done for decades. Each site and basin can have substantially different geology and we continue to analyse and understand the data available to us.
Well IGAS is not just a fracking company it supplies gas throgh natural gas flows from a number of sites acroos the UK this drop in price is a bargain as the massive possible fracking gain is now in the price for free, in fact on its current operations its half the price it should be -expect a jump after the press panic.

Atino’s main goal is to find perfection...by assimilating more species and technology that he thinks is relevant biological or technological news.

First - Shareholders including private equity firm Riverstone Holdings LLC, which has a direct 45% holding, and Kerogen Capital, which holds an indirect stake, have hired the Royal Bank of Canada to study ways to cash out of their investment, said people familiar with the matter, asking not to be named because the information is private.

And then second (TODAY!) - government fracking ban 🙇😉

I expect that it may get bought out, as the underlying business is sound. And perhaps in 10 years time when the balance of payments is even worse and security of supply is suspect, fracking will be allowed again. I am sure many around Gainsborough would like some well-paid jobs.
