IG Group Holdings plc ("IG Group") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG Group on 31 January 2025, as announced on 3 February 2025:

Number of ordinary shares purchased:	71,616
Highest price paid per share:	1,112.00
Lowest price paid per share:	1,101.00
Volume weighted average price paid per share:	1,107.33

 

IG Group intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 12,429,176 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 349,128,692 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

 

Since 3 February 2025, IG Group has purchased 4,417,766 shares at a cost of £42,441,287.44 (excluding fees and taxes).
