IG Group Holdings Plc (the "Company"), a global leader in online trading was notified on 30 September 2019 of the following transactions carried out in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each ("Ordinary Shares") by Paul Mainwaring, a Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Alison Mainwaring, a closely associated person (the "Transactions").
