5.6 % yield ( virtually guaranteed ) with no debt just large cash pile

Market turmoil ahead continiung Covid / Brexit / US Elections - All positive catalysts for trading

Estimate 770 -800 million turnover fy20/21

This is being run down on low volumes

Next trading update will show that increased trading / clients is here to stay

Broker upgrades absolutely coming

No way this is lower in short term

20/21 FY My estimates ( a conservative ) 78p per share earnings

P/E less than 10 at current prices

Makes it better value than CMC and PLUS 500

It won't stay down here for long - So fill your boots

About 20 years ago, I only used to trade AIM - made a load then lost it again. Never again. Better to be slow and sure, imo - it works for me. 'Get rich quick' never worked for me, but get rich slowly has (so far)... and for a lot longer.

I put in a few orders this morning and they've all been filled as prices fluctuated, just left with a couple of K and wondering if I should try a AIM penny share :)

Agreed, gbh2, sold all mine on the spike, so taken my 'dividend' early! That's the problem with these asymetrical bi-annual divis - but good for trading!!

I don't see much use in holding atm, the next dividend is a small one and imo I can make more with the cash elsewhere.

That said I will be back here at some point, it's been that way for decades.

As you say, I was selling shares that were on a +15% profit.

This morning I've moved the cash into others in this sector.

- well the shares are up double digits YTD whilst the market is down double digits, plus paying decent dividend

I'm happy to keep holding here.

Very strange director shorting IG to the tune of £422000. I'm not sure if he holds the shares or its a straight short on the market. Either way it can't help the share price I'm a bit surprised he's allowed to do it. Also he can't have done it through IG as they don't trade their own shares

Looks fairly solid. I see Robinhood backed off moving in on the UK market. I like their strategy, there's still a few more things they can do to pull away from the pack. Their US counterparts on much higher market caps are still leading the way on that front on servicing the DIY wealth management market, but IG could be heading that way.

Number active clients increasing by >30% compared last FY. That tells they have done something right either in their platform and service.

Quarter on quarter fall in net trading revenue 259m to 209m. Still a great number but that´s a steep fall (as it was a steep rise!) Is it going to fall off a cliff when all the new accounts have lost their shirt and gone back to work?

Will be interesting to see...

I think the majority expected revenues to drop back to pre-Covid levels, but demand is still healthy which is excellent news and the shares should jump even higher.
