I'm expecting trading update and notice of results beginning of June. That's the impression I had that their operation are mostly out of India however was reassuring they mentioned they transitioned well to working from home.

Whilst most revenues may well be from the US, I suspect that a significant element of the operations that drive that revenue are based in India.
Hopefully a trading update ahead of results sometime in June?

Be interesting to see what affect the outbreak in India has on the results. Hopefully not much, I noticed in there interim results they mentioned most employees successfully transitioned to remote working. Also on their last annual results India accounted for roughly only 16% of their revenue with most revenue made from the states.

Anybody any thought where this share is heading only down at the moment is it because of the covid outbreak in India?

@tizo100

I can't help but wonder if it's because public ownership is at 2.3% after that everyone else (Companies or Anil) own 1m plus worth of shares - At which point I'd imagine they have direct contact / updates.

It is a guess, but that's what I think.

Any idea why this company doesn't seem to announce new contracts by RNS

The bounce in price on Friday looks very promising for this pullback to be over.

So in effect nothing really stopping him rewarding himself or taking it private stinks a little could be wrong and this could fly but certainly makes me hesitate jumping on board

its effectively a private company. One 82% shareholder.

Though I guess for mr anil it's one way of rewarding himself rather than offloading shares

I like this and have watched it for sometime,the recent pullback has me looking more closely.however I'm bemused as to why they would borrow money to pay such a high dividend seems too cavalier for a growth company,maybe others feel the same hence the share price weakness.

Agree.. that volume hopefully signifies that the seller has finally cleared. Stock has dropped a fair way after the payment of the special dividend so I've taken an initial position fwiw.

They must know what they're doing to buy 1.2 million. and there were a couple of buys at 285 afterwards
