11/11/2021 11:20 | Hi allStuck £30k worth in the SIP - had to buy in 3 chunks @308 which was a bit painful but impressive set of financials today | givmesunshine
11/11/2021 09:45 | tradinggun - next best thing to having a a company without debt, is to look for one with a low net debt/ EBITDA ratio. based on this HY report, net debt = 83m annualised EBITDA = 89m so net debt/ EBITDA ratio stands at only 0.9 IMO you should start worrying only when this ratio gets to 2.5 and above. | ramridge
11/11/2021 09:31 | Personally I'd prefer a company that is not indebted, however, everything else looks good - increased dividend ought to see the price rise until ex date. | tradingsun1
11/11/2021 08:50 | mammyoko " Profits are vanity, cash is sanity." Yes, absolutely right. But look at the cash flow statement. Net Operating Cash Flow this HY = 45m ; last HY = 30m . An increase of 50%! Cash conversion rate of 132% ! They are a cash generative machine. | ramridge
11/11/2021 07:50 | PAT of $34m but reduction in net debt of only $4m. $8m increase in receivables/other assets. Finance cost increased from $1.5m to $3.9m on basically flat borrowings. I would exercise caution here. Profits are vanity, cash is sanity. | mammyoko
11/11/2021 07:14 | Very happy with results share price should do well after that. | mcbabs
11/11/2021 07:09 | Results are out and very impressive the shares should rerate surely after these figures | tizo100
10/11/2021 12:57 | Any small sells and the share price drops, any small buys share price doesn't move! | johndoe23
10/11/2021 11:12 | Yes it's a bit troubling the way the share price drifts lower - hopefully a robust interims will reset it upwards for a xmas rally. | tradingsun1
10/11/2021 10:24 | Interims were the 12th Nov last year (a Thursday). The Company appear to do things in a similar pattern year on year, so I am thinking we might see the results tomorrow. In any event they would seem to be imminent! I am looking for increased revenues and margin, as well as an improved interim dividend... | wobblywilbur
10/11/2021 09:36 | Ah ok. Stocko had today. No point contacting the company as they won't reply! | johndoe23
10/11/2021 09:23 | Morningstar have the interims down for the 12th Nov, '21. | tradingsun1
10/11/2021 07:28 | No interims today then. Maybe tomorrow?! | johndoe23
07/11/2021 21:22 | I'll be curious to see the results, if positive, if the market doesn't respond accordingly immediately, I'll take a stake | alotto
07/11/2021 20:52 | Let’s hope they’re good. I’m in for £30k on this stock. Need £3.10 to break even. | ihuntley
07/11/2021 20:00 | Interims scheduled for Wednesday. Interesting as to what they might hold. Annual results stated this year had started strongly... | johndoe23
02/11/2021 19:08 | Try and make contact with the company and ask them but good luck with that one they seem to have poor shareholder communications I was holding on and hoping to sell with a bit of profit | tizo100
01/11/2021 18:37 | Thanks All for the feedback and yes it was discussed earlier in the thread. By saying I was not convinced I was referring to the following: - is a public listing necessary to raise the company profile internationally? Some privately owned companies, such as Walmart, Arnold Clark etc, didnt require public listing to be internationally recognised as high profile companies. - what's the benefit of diversifying the shareholder base? - does the company have a strategy requiring higher working capital? Can that be achieved more efficiently through borrowing instead? At the moment I can't see exactly where the company is going to be in say 10 or at least 5 years time. Are they aiming at a takeover, expansion in new markets, will the company issue shares to raise capital for growth, etc What the size of the company is going to be in 10 years? | alotto
01/11/2021 17:55 | Here we goWhen they listed they published an AIM admission document. In this document they say the reason for flotation was "in order to gain access to the Uk capital markets. It is anticipated that admission will raise the company's profile internationally and help diversify its shareholders base as well as providing a liquid market for the ordinary shares" | 2bluelynn
31/10/2021 18:06 | That was answered sometime ago if you scroll down | tizo100
29/10/2021 06:06 | I still have concerns about the largely privately ownership nature of the company. Why do they need public listing? | alotto
28/10/2021 22:24 | Interims 11/11/21 | johndoe23
06/10/2021 12:10 | I think this is just getting dragged down like everything else. Low liquidity doesn't help. | mcbabs
06/10/2021 11:35 | They don't do trading updates. Though was one in October 2019 | johndoe23 |
