Open Offer to Subscribe for Loan Notes
IDE Group Holdings plc, the mid-market network, cloud and IT Managed Services provider, announces that pursuant to the announcement made on 10 January 2019, it is today posting a letter to shareholders along with an application form in relation to the open offer to subscribe for up to GBP4.7 million secured loan notes on the basis of 1 GBP1 loan note for every 40 existing ordinary shares held by shareholders* at the record date, being 21 January 2019, not 9 January 2019 as per originally announced.
A copy of the letter and loan note instrument constituting the loan notes can be found on the Company's website www.idegroup.com.
Where undefined, all capitalised terms in this announcement will have the same meaning as defined in the announcement published on 10 January 2019.
