Interesting tie-up between Liberty Global and Telefonica. (So consolidation in this sector.) I wonder what LG's other plans are?

Wouldn't worry about down ticks, it means that people are paying for ADVFN. Why anyone would shell out cash for such a poor service is beyond me. I've had to ask them on numerous occasions to update the amount of shares issued in a multitude of different companies as they rarely bother - I know others who have also had to do the same. It's interesting that a similar amount of shares went through via Aquis exchange (ex Nex) of which the second trade raised the bid. Anyhow I'm hoping for news very soon.

Good morning to all and welcome to TT. Reading other BB's the consensus seems to be that 9p upwards is the amount MXC would need to pay themselves back. So £37m roughly + loan notes (fully paid circa 25m) So we are looking at a market cap of north of £60m and in the short to mid term I reckon that's doable. So a three bagger from here. Good luck to all holders & hope you are all well!

FWIW, I last bought June '19. Hoping the timing works out just as well this time...

Hopefully other large shareholders will keep them in check. A friend is trying to pick some up but didn't want the amount known! (filled I think)

Picked a few up again last week having been out for a while. Only a few but expecting a good return over time. A good job was done last year of cutting costs out of what had become a basket case.I don't altogether trust MXP now that they taken themselves private again, but on the back of the work they have put in they should have a viable business. Make no mistake though - however it plays out will be governed by their best interest.IMOG.

It's moving on very small deals, so it bodes well for the future. When are we due an update? all MXCP companies don't seem to do any more than legally required

They're in very short supply. Hopefully it can rise significantly if they ever publish any positive news; we live in hope!

So with all debt in-house and them picking off DXC UK contracts it's now looking ridiculously cheap again. Piling in tomorrow for more - just made a killing on Gfinity.

An extract from their post today on their site:As we support the Ministry of Justice, Department for Work and Pensions, National Grid and various public and private hospitals (including 35 hospitals for Nuffield Health) and we are an IT services operation, we believe we are well within government guidelines, so we will endeavor to be fully operational as a company.

Are debt figures correct on here? According to financials IDE has 27m debt with a mcap of only 7m.
