Publication of Prospectus And Request to lift suspension of Shares

Iconic Labs Plc (LSE:ICON), a multi-divisional new media and technology business, announces that the prospectus (the "Prospectus") regarding the further issuance of up to 31,223,750,000 new ordinary shares of GBP0.00001 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), pursuant to the terms of the Previous Financing Agreement, Deed of Issuance and the Financing Agreement all entered into between the Company and the European High Growth Opportunities Securitization Fund , was yesterday approved by the Financial Conduct Authority. The Prospectus is not, subject to certain exceptions, available (whether through the Company's website or otherwise) to shareholders in the United States, Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, the Republic of South Africa or any other jurisdiction in which such release, publication or distribution would be unlawful.

Following the publication of the Prospectus the required form 1 submissions have been made and the Company is seeking restoration of trading of Ordinary Shares on the standard segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The company is hopeful this will commence on Monday 30(th) March 2020 pending final documentation and administrative filings.

The Prospectus has been be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm following publication. It has also been made available on the Company's website at http://www.iconiclabs.co.uk.
