You can only buy on two grounds. Firstly the directors are working towards building a profitable company. Secondly and the most important of the two, directors allow ordinary PIs a return on their investment by not creaming all demand in the shares for themselves by incessant discounted dilutions. Your problem here is not the first but the second.

The shares are at an all time low this is why volume is higher but its higher on far less money. A million shares that would have cost you £3500 in March would cost you only £700 today.

If they ever ever confirm that £1m deal for sure, then you may get a recovery. However don't you find it strange they announced with such fanfare £1m deal on the 3rd June and over 5 months later, still nothing confirmed. No website, no share register. People saying this was a scam back in March. Yorgi banning everybody and anyone who says a negative word and will post within minutes of this post. You can see why the market views this with such suspicion. Not to mention the death spiral finance with EHGO.
