bionicdog - Yes watch and learn this is not over yet. Normally what happens if a company gets into financial difficulties it suspends its shares first with the proviso "pending clarification of its financial position". When it can't secure financing it then appoints administrators. This hasn't happened and I think its because ICON did not appoint the administrators Shard did. A secure creditor can appoint an administrator and I suspect Shard have appointed administrators to collect the money owed by ICON. Read the RNS again.

Watched the Proactive Interview I was impressed. I did not know Brad Taylor was a Canadian so not part of the London AIM/microcap thieving mafia. After midday buying for the rest of the day was almost impossible. Taken a punt lets see how things go.

Since coming out of administration an RTO is the only route available for the company.

That they are looking for an RTO is a permanent feature of the company's strategic plans.

So they are always in discussions about an RTO.

However to do an RTO on the Standard List they require an investment of at least £30 million.

The FCA are not stupid and know the rise yesterday had nothing to do with the forever ongoing RTO talks but a bunch of pump and dump scallywags creating an FOMO situation by sending the shares to the top of the leader board.

The company thinks it can get the FCA to lift the suspension by confirming RTO talks are in progress when the shares will soar allowing EHGOS and DS to convert and dump.
