 On 24(th) October 2017, Close Brothers Asset Management 
  bought 3270000 shares in ICG-LONGBOW SENIOR SECURED 
  UK PROPERTY. There was also an increase in the number 
  of shares in issue from 108219250 to 117042779. This 
  brought our shareholding to 20731581 and 17.71% of the 
  shares in issue. 
 
  This is based on the shares in issue figure of 117042779 
  as at 24(th) October 2017. 
 
  This is the required notification that the holding has 
  crossed 17% of the shares in issue.
