09/1/2022 10:19 | Also, I was wondering, is your definition of FCF identical to the use of NOI used by i3e recently? | divmad
08/1/2022 22:54 | Useful information, thank you. Are you able to share your baseline sales price, OPEX and CAPEX numbers to arrive at your EV/Cashflow multiple for projected 2022 boepd 20,000 + production. Don't worry if you do not have it to hand, I will try to piece it together myself. | moonshot3
08/1/2022 21:43 | I think its a combination of things: 1) New boy on the block for sure - part of that is the financial numbers were not that great prior to the Cenovus acquisition. With the acquisition and the scale its brought - now the numbers look pretty good but this is a very recent story that the market is only just getting to grips with. 2)The delays in Serenity im sure is playing its part in the depressed share price but it shouldnt really - our financials look great despite Serenity i.e. the Canadian Assets are sufficiently profitable to offset the non -revenue producing UK Operations. Some still remember the failure of Liberator and I think its only fairly recently that this is beginning to disappear in the rear view mirror The new drilling program is going to make the financials and dividends even more compelling and we still have the potentially transformative Serenity and Simonette Projects yet to come. | tonynorstrom1
08/1/2022 20:29 | Interesting comparison. Is the deep value discount of i3e on this metric, the result of a continuing backlash for the Serenity episode, or just being the new boy on the Canadian O&G sector block? | divmad
07/1/2022 15:45 | I3 Energy looking interesting ?. share price wanting to go back UpTo R1 @ 14.30P ??? #i3ehTTps://twitter. | goodday1

06/1/2022 14:58 | Wow! WTI oil at $80. I think we’ll be getting a Brucie bonus on our divi. | pretax2
06/1/2022 14:49 | Unlike last year only a small % of I3E production is hedged for this year which means that the vast bulk of the daily production is exposed to the very strong current oil and gas prices. Great to see Brent over $80/bbl, hopefully stay in the $80-100/bbl range as we don't want to see it slowing the economy down post-Covid. I3E's NTM NOI is extremely bullish if they remain over $80/bbl and $2.75/Mcf. Makes that £11m planned dividend look very modest indeed. I'm firmly in the drill Serenity solo if they cannot close on that JV. However now that the website claims operator selected its looking like there's more going on in the background than meets the eye currently. If little Tain can flow circa 3000bopd from just 5ft of perfs I'm looking forward to see what some of these Serenity wells are capable of (management hinted at 10-20000bopd, top end would be little reservoir management though). The way things are shaping up at present I3E could drill Serenity alone out of petty cash. We all know that Serenity could add material 2P to our 135mmbboe approx. They're also keeping the other camp happy with the aggressive Canadian campaign to boost production to 21000boepd. I'm looking forward to seeing these brokers coming out with targets north of 35p+ this year and much higher if they drill Serenity. Looking forward to the next ops update. The 1p divi over the year is imo the least we can expect here this year. Regards, Ed. | edgein

05/1/2022 17:13 | The abbot - Another Albertan producer announced the following recently "the Company expects to benefit from currently robust natural gas prices in Canada. January 2022 natural gas futures contracts at the AECO hub (the benchmark for natural gas prices in Canada) were C$3.87/GJ as of December 12th, 2021, being approximately 30% higher than the 2021 Q3 average of C$2.97/GJ. | spangle93 |
