Kistos may be up 130% - but your not up 130%

Cash in whatever gains you do have while you can - overpriced and over leveraged !

Todays KISTOS interims just shows how undervalued I3E is when compared. A fair comparison based on productions, assets and debt levels should see us at 40p+ right now imo.

Tournesol,

WHI and Eric Nuttall dont agree with you and that near to medium Cash Generation is the best valuation metric for Oil and gas in the curent environment. In fact WHI in their last couple of reports ditched their discounted Cash Flow Model and substituted it with a valuation based on Cash Flow Multiples.

If you scroll down Eric Nuttals recent tweets - he has various graphs showing valuation multiples for 10 -12 Canadian Producers which are probably the most appropriate companies to Compare i3e against.

Also noted someone here using a figure of $5m for G&A - they need to look at the latest Tennyson Broker report for a better figure.

Thank you for that banks. In the meantime, focus on our commodity prices. It is definitely heading north & in a style. The shorter the time between the incoming RNsS the bigger the tighter the spring being coiled.https://oilprice.com/Latest-Energy-News/World-News/OPEC-Raises-Oil-Production-But-Remains-Compliant.htmlI still think September going to be i3e month to move North.Gl all

Having viewed the dates for 2018/2019 interims, I see both were released at the end of September, so we might have a few more weeks to wait yet before these reports are known.

Closed 0.4 per cent up here & over the pound, no change as yet.It is been held in a range while the MM doing the sell needed & a day nearer while our commodity prices increasing.BoO is about 1 per cent up & Natural Gas is the star & well over 5 per cent up.Facts backed up by referenced sources.https://oilprice.com/Gl all

WOW, you guys need to contact the BOD with these great new ideas and updates, i do believe Magic Magid is running out of ideas, what with the F/O toast and the reticence to publish the financials clearly spooking the market....

HG - how do you get $3/bbl... are you only taking the oil portion of the 2P reserves?

Fair point Tourensol. So to P1+P2 Reserves , which at 133MMBOE , would also appear to significantly undervalue the company , particularly with an oil bias to the reserves. At a stingy $3/BB we're 100% undervalued.

Highly geared

P/E is not a meaningful ratio for an extractive industry. In effect I3E is converting assets in the ground into cash. The appropriate measure of its value is the market value of its assets NOT the amount of cash realised recently.

A load of institutions simply happy to make a 10% profit on their placing shares...patience has to overcome frustration but easier said than done of course
