13/5/2021 19:11 | Personally I wouldn't worry here. The company seems to be operationally stable, cash generative and debt free - so no short term concerns. | mikro1
13/5/2021 09:00 | loss in value vs dividend - may be 10 :1 | 1choip
13/5/2021 08:54 | A few months ago this was 6p ...is that where this is heading? When will the fabled divi be paid? | lobo
12/5/2021 12:55 | Yeah share buybacks are mediocre on the longer term performance usually unless done on a material scale (SLE for example, special divis did the trick there). What would be useful is a new institution to take up some of those being sold. Best way or fastest way to do that would be acquisition. As for farmout of Clearwater, the new wells are under JV and cost $1.3m per hole therefore well within budget to drill multiple wells and still payout 20% divi. The 6 planned wells in the recent results were to cost just $7m gross. A tiny part of this year's estimated cashflow. They just need to keep doing what they're doing, a major catalyst to that would be farmout and appraisal of Serenity, market won't be able to ignore that. With the current cashflow they sure have options to drill or acquire, something the market is completely ignoring at present, but for how long. Regards, Ed. | edgein
12/5/2021 12:26 | Goodday1 - thanks for cross-posting I think 6 & 7 are counter-productive. If you're looking to add assets, why would you be tying up capital in buying shares back. Sorry I don't have the competence to post a graph, but to follow on from your post, as a reminder, have a look at the Acquisition presentation, slide 8 lower left corner. The view, at least in August 20, was that if WTI was below $60, the bigger bang for the buck came through acquisitions, but above $60, more could be made from using the capital on drill programs. | spangle93
12/5/2021 12:18 | All sectors are down the last few days, 10-15%. Dont think sleepy Joe Biden is cutting it.... | fandagle
12/5/2021 11:45 | From LSEFastfood,The operational update RNS was largely quite positive, the podcast covered pretty much the same ground and was no less positive in terms of content - just a little undersold I think due to Graham / Majid being gun shy from past events. As both you and GGG say - we now have a solid base on which to measure and grow from and now that we know where we sit with production and the status of new projects / wells - I can only see the news from this point on being almost universally positive / accretive to the share price Obviously I3E can not control the Oil price but the rest of the cards seem to be in i3e's hands.Upcoming catalysts / news:1) Dividend ( not sure how much this will move the needle as the amount has already been stated)2) Annual Report expected end of May. Hopefully no surprises in terms of cost, but another opportunity to announce positive updates.3) Spuding of 2 wells as soon as this month.4) Update on Serenity5) Update on new drilling plans in Clearwater6) Share buyback - I dont expect this but its possible especially if drilling plans are slightly behind internal forecast. A small buyback I think would send a positive message and would not need to be too expensive.7) Additional farm-ins to Clearwater or other acreages - again not currently forecast but possible.GLA | goodday1

11/5/2021 08:59 | you would hope the bunch of shysters would pay 2 quarters of dividends when they finally get around to getting court approval. Not expecting anything more than bare minimum of 20% of cashflow. Even then I think they will screw us | horndean eagle
11/5/2021 08:54 | Yip, skimmed some off the top this morning myself, looks as if there are other likeminded folk. | fandagle
