Well as long as they're converted and listed before the registered date of the divi they can do this last minute. No one will know the date of the divi and the restructure better than those that converted those options today. :)

Yeah given the current significant production and reserves here with modest debt levels, very robust development potential of Canadian assets its very very cheap. That's not even factoring in the Serenity appraisal or expo potential around Liberator and Minos. Market will have to factor in some of these after the conclusion of the farmout talks imo, especially if they get around to drilling Serenity later this year.

EdI agree, more to do with the divi.Makes you think why they held off for so long they could have easily issued warrants earliar in week.Still think we will get good update from canada.Still think i3e is undervalued..

A farm-out process is ongoing with parties in i3’s data room.

They have no reserves, they have no production, they have no cash.Cant understand how they can have mkt cap of 40m.Here at i3e, 9150boepd, 2p reserves 58mmboe, fcf 25m per annum, divi payin this year. Yet mkt cap 67m.Makes you think how messed up aim is.Hopefully next week with q1 we will see good rerate.
