Don't forget by Aug 2018, if JCAM convert there will be another 2.77m shares off loading - hopefully they would of announced their funding & we should be higher by then

Fair play ... I'm just jealous cos I didn't sell any on Wednesday to buy back cheaper now :-(

I used to trade in and out quite a lot, but I ended up getting shaken out of Ithaca just before its big move up.

I realised then that, by trading, I was making pennies but losing out on pounds if I just bought & held for the big news.

The big news for Ithaca was the take out by Delek. I really believe that I3E has a similar endpoint.

Intra day bid of 125p reached after RNS, so at 100p these are now good value for both investors and traders.

You'd have to conclude that there's plenty of pent up demand for these. Didn't get time to add in that drop.

They are, unfortunately, a necessary evil.

They served a purpose and are now reaping their reward. It is an inconvenience for us but only a temporary one and the company will be much cleaner when they are gone.

Market doesn't like the fact that the notes have been exercised with a million more to come. Needs to hold 85p and build again slowly

Agree they were always there- that last tranch was fwd sold in the past weeks in my view. Either way adds liquidity and just a splinter in the grand scheme of things.

I agree. JCAM supported i3e when they needed it so it only right and fair that they get their rewards for doing so. They will soon be out of the way with the recent good volumes. The day the funding gets announced will wipe them out in one go if they want to convert them all and then it is up, up we go with no resistance due to JCAM selling.
We knew this was coming. We have a share price at over £1 and they have converted most of the loan notes to date so it has played out well for us share holders.

But there's no point doing a raise for $1,000,000 now (to pay off JCAM) as it's too small to fret about whilst I3E are frying other larger fish.

Just part of the process in building a successful company. Roll on funding news, I reckon within 20 trading days.

Funding will be 1st June. So they can sell them into higher priced market

I wonder if the final $1,000,000 they still have will be paid off in the funding deal?I'd sooner I3E did a small raise (placing) at say 80p or 90p now to pay off JCAM. Fewer shares would be issued and I3E would end up with the cash rather than JCAM making mega moolah. But it probably doesn't work like that if you want funders in the future.

Look a converting loan means a successful funding round. More shares Yes, but funding secured... Pleased with news

This had been expected. It's very likely they were forward selling into strength. It makes the price chart a bit smoother which, if nothing else, is helpful.

Begorrah, I think that very likely. I'm pleased to get these out of the way so this is good news imo. Volume is a lot higher and if think their is a reasonable chance of funding news next week or so. This is coming together very well.

Well it's only 2.5 percent of shares in total but higher percentage in shares available. Good news is it's less debt, and in my opinion clear sign funding agreement is close, e.g clear the decks etc.

JCM converting another $500000 so I'd expect they've been forward selling
