27/8/2020 19:08 | Dont forget the north sea .Based on this deal with Dolphin signed earlier in the year, our north sea assets were valued at $144 million; "In concert with the above mentioned drilling contract, i3 has agreed that Dolphin will earn up to a 10% economic interest (the "Dolphin Interest") in Block 13/23c via a Net Revenue Sharing Agreement (the "NRSA") in exchange for Dolphin forgoing its Profit Margin above its Opex, up to a maximum amount of US$14.4 million" | jungmana
27/8/2020 17:02 | Agree, Foundations are laid for a steady climb. Let's see the new shares get bedded in and Toscana/TSX completed. | ziblot
27/8/2020 11:18 | Some big buys going through. Looks like investors taking position before the GM today. Gain acquisition completes today and new shares list tomorrow. | jungmana
26/8/2020 16:10 | It is still difficult to put a value on the "new" company. There is going to be in my view a huge over hang of shares at the 5p level + those belonging to the creditors - what next!!! I will wait until I can see a proper set of results........... | anley
25/8/2020 13:35 | you must be on the wrong bb, what has i3e got to do with POL? | jungmana
25/8/2020 13:30 | This went up in tandem with POL. | hodhasharon
25/8/2020 13:28 | One of the reasons for a secondary listings is it gives sellers a better opportunity to sell / reduce their holdings. So I agree, I don't see large selling, even when we join the TSX in September. I consider Bybrook a cornerstone investor and expect them to be around for a while. Of course they got a good deal from our hapless directors. Noticed 3 drillers had went belly up through lack of work. Definitely done the right thing with our Canadian nodding donkeys; cheap extraction and reserves. | ziblot
25/8/2020 12:57 | FARMOUT PARTNER LOOKING VERY LIKELY - Repsol OR Ithaca Energy? Aye the CEO of Repsol for the last 5 year moved to Ithaca yesterday. | ziblot
25/8/2020 09:15 | Some heavy buys there. there is so much value in this at 6p ( about gbp 46m market cap fully diluted ) that may not visit the placing price of 5p. seen it recently in tom and xsg where some thought the placing price may be visited but did not, infact the share prices more than doubled in a few days. most of the shares have gone to holders who will not sell for 10 or 20% profit imo when there is talk of dividend next year. | jungmana
24/8/2020 20:48 | Waited 2 years also , have 5 times as many shares now looking better than 1st Q . Tic toc GLA | muddyfox0151
24/8/2020 20:06 | We are in the same boat. My average is about 24p and now I think I will get my money back | jungmana
24/8/2020 19:37 | Its all short term so no problem. Even tho' I've averaged down I still need 30p to be ITM. I could say that's the way it goes; but probably its more truthful if I say, I'll never learn. | ziblot
24/8/2020 17:50 | Is* well worth buying. | inthemix
24/8/2020 17:50 | Aye, think we will be waiting a few week for overhang to clear from placing. Anything 6p or less I well worth buying imo. | inthemix
24/8/2020 15:59 | Looks like we are heading for 5p soon | jungmana
24/8/2020 09:07 | 43.5k is a buy at 6p | inthemix
22/8/2020 08:07 | The trend in the latter part of the week has been towards 6p I think it will head to 5.5p as the 28th approaches I can't see it dropping below the placing price for long if indeed it does at all | jezzoo
21/8/2020 12:16 | The big question short term is what happens on 28th and the few days thereafter. Many PrimaryBid issues head straight for the placing price - and sometimes below it. At least that was a relatively small part of the fundraising. | hiddendepths
21/8/2020 07:54 | Tony - good questions yesterday evening, thank you, shame there wasn't time for more Posters above confirmed the cost of the debt agreed with Toscana's previous lenders when I3E took over this debt to become senior lender. Or around C$3.4MM if as reported the debt was C$28MM With the shares that will be in issue after the deal goes through, it would be the equivalent of about 800p in 2018 terms if the share price got back to 120p. | spangle93
21/8/2020 07:10 | 12 cents in the $ - what was this a reference to? | tonynorstrom1
21/8/2020 07:00 | Spangles93, Very good write up. With regards to the share price - I have pasted below the transcript provided by JAdam on the LSE board which is a little more specific than how you recorded I.e. reference to high highs. “We believe now that what we are trying to do is to claw back some of what we’ve lost, buying at the bottom with our long term safe assets, being a dividend payer, returning value as and when we can will assist into get them back some distance towards where they were, even thought if you were to go back to where our high highs were, achieving that again with the difficulties that the sector is going to face would be nigh on impossible.” | tonynorstrom1 |
