Cash, looking at the de commissioning costs RRE have got to factor into their business model( approx $250m up to their last set of accounts), they are very different businesses. i3e will be a very lean profit machine imo. It will also be sold well before they have to plan for de commissioning costs from what I understand.

If we are throwing off $80m per year profit when production starts, surely showme is correct in his upside hopes.

I think once we get the funding announcement, £100m market cap should be a minimal sustainable price before production begins next year.

showme01,

I look at RRE marketcap against its reserves and I'd have to say it may take a few of years to get over £5. I'd be happy if it doubled.

Duckdown, I couldn't agree more. Risk vrs. reward is amazing. 2019 is going to be one hell of a year. Could easily 5-8 bag from here in 2019.

Will only take few more buys to go up to new high, but I fear our Swiss fire d will start selling his 5000 lots once we get to 120 again

We've heard that Liberator's reserves/resources may be conservative, particularly as higher recovery factors (ie. closer to Blake) than that assumed in the CPR report are possible.

I looked at Blake's history to see how it performed against original expectations, as it might give an interesting comparison. The main Blake reservoir was originally expected to contain reserves of 50 to 75 mbbl, and Blake Flank 20mbbl for a total of 70 to 95mbbl across the whole field:

According to p.20 of Rockrose's recent CPR report, the whole Blake field had produced a cumulative 98mbbl to Sep 2017 and there are estimated reserves left as of Jan 2018 of 21mbbl:

So it now looks like Blake's lifetime production will be 120mmbls - between 25% and 60% greater than originally expected.

I think it a good sign for Liberator that Blake outperformed expectations.

Yes it all seems to point to announcement at end of month, I don't think i3e have any other presentations or the like before September.

They are presenting on 4th Sept in London at Capital Oil Conference. That could be the start of the PR

Indeed, once the funding's announced, we'll know the terms (obviously), they'll firm up drilling plans & go into promote mode on the project
