It is a case of looking at the recovery in fundamentals and taking advantage of the price the seller has provided.

I think the Aviva clan had over 15% in June 2016 and I believe this is down to 6.9% at the end of Oct 17.

So with a new significant shareholder of 3.4% appearing, and with Aviva possibly nearing the end, I am feeling pretty optimistic. However, more importantly, there has been IMO, very positive business changing newsflow of late and I have been adding shares.

Keeping my fingers crossed, good luck to you all!

Dont think the cenus was that they were completely cleared. Although do think Hugo is mopping some of their shares.

Aviva have smashed the share price from 5p only reason share price is this low is aviva hence why HYR has not tracked oil the last year or so and normally does very well.

Worth remembering Aviva dont sell all in one go, they will probably stop again for a few months.

Given the shareprice it looks a great time to build positions and wait for the BOD to continue to deliver. Share price will have to respond at some point and when it does it will be mega.

Seems that way. Some of the census online was that Aviva was already pretty much cleared out but without the TR1, I couldn't see how that was possible.

Still, others could be right and I wrong, so the recent share price activity seemed odd if the census was right.... since it was not, it does explain the sp, rather than influenced by broker/third parties etc.... although some of the price action, and also that there were often restrictions on buying trade sizes, doesn't completely square that thought with me.

You'd think that HYR would follow the crowd with the oil price looking good,so given the recent option deal, surely its the dumping from Aviva (?) that's weighing heavily on the share price.

25m-30m volume since the last RNS, so decent volume to clear them. As price is so low it will be a lot quicker to clear.

On a plus seller has offerred a great entry down here.

Regardless of options just look at fundamentals and current share price.

BOD happy to loan company cash until they are cash generative is a huge plus. BOD also have a lot of skin in the game.

Given EBITDA turnaround/growth this looks extremely undervalued.

Yes that's absolutely true but that wasn't my point.

It doesn't look particularly good if a company grants options on 30 million shares, that in theory could reach the exercise target on further positive news, and still have cash concerns?

Yes, Andrew Black, loan may extend maturity date until Dec 2018

Just because co issues options at 3p doesn't mean they will hit that price & that cash will not be an issue

In regards to cash didnt the BOD loan the company cash?

I've posted a while back but I think the crude market is going to catch some unawares. Do I think we will reach $100+ anytime soon, no but going into 2018, could easily see a supply crunch.

OPEC holding firm, trouble in IRAQ/Kurdistan, some producers/exporters at near capacity already, demand up... there might not be as much slack as thought. With shale development costs continually dropping, and it's ability to be up and running in mere days, I can't see crude switching as quickly as when it came down but $60+ (WTI) looks good at these levels

Well, it seems logical that they must be confident enough to award the options, and the awardees, that the share price will hit the target.

I can't see a company awarding the options and at the same time just about to run out of money. Unless we are to believe the whole plan is to reach 3p, sell for a quick bonus and then run out of money... doesn't scan to me.

Always liked HYR, business looks good and story looks to be turning around on the bottom of the cycle.

Only ever thing that has annoyed me is aviva. But given their last holdings from April and the fact that we have a new 3%+ buyer who has taken up close to 30million I would say we are about to see this rerate.

Also worth noting oil price on highs.

Agree with your post 4268 iLeeman, & good luck with your investment! The news is now becoming very upbeat here. I still hold and added more recently. The MM appears to be trying to keep a lid on the share price at the mo.......lots of buys!

Added two lots of 500k today.

Think the worst is behind the stock, I dont see how it goes any lower given the improving business and current low share price.

We will see.
