01/8/2017 14:50 | I have topped up twice in the past few days, IMO it looked well oversold also. Keeping my fingers X'd...(:-) TT | tonytyke
01/8/2017 13:49 | I assume the volume pick up is speculation/interest on the next update. Also as posted WTI did break $50 with a retrace from there, should've traded that as a target, as it didn't take a seer to see that coming. | capricious
01/8/2017 10:56 | That late entry looked like a buy, price action seems to be facilitating such purchases on the cheaper side. | capricious
28/7/2017 17:19 | 970k shares bought 1.65 shown up after trading | timmy11
28/7/2017 11:52 | Seems the MMs are playing this one for whatever reason, not a lot we can do at this stage. WTI is looking to break $50, probably wont average much beyond that even if it does but it's a turn in sentiment, hopefully provides positive pressure to resale vs feedstock. | capricious
28/7/2017 11:51 | Well having held for years I sold out this morning. I should have sold ages ago but sometimes you hang on against all logic hoping things will improve, however that should not prevent you eventually calling home what money is left. The financial position is precarious to say the least, the company is vulnerable to AB and with a cap of just 11.6M it scarcely justifies being listed. One look at the long term chart says it all. Maybe I'm wrong and have cunningly bailed out at just the wrong time - we'll see. Good luck to those who remain. | alanrussell
28/7/2017 10:51 | Watching this very carefully now & thinking about adding more imminently. After the opening transactions today there has been a decent volley of buys. Perhaps people are looking for this to be the bottom for now? | tonytyke2
27/7/2017 12:30 | As long as the financing is used for significant growth, probably not just in the US. Although the US provides the best and most easily accessible market, some expansion in other regions is necessary. (with better feedstock availability/less competition) Maybe not as ambitious as in previous years, i.e UK/Japan but more geared towards licensing and or JVs. Mexico imports a significant amount. India and China would be great but then sadly they can be prone to graft/ip theft/promises that often don't materialise. Places where they need oil but don't have the natural resource must surely have interest to become more self sustaining. There must be a number of options being looked at, maybe on the radar, is the search for a major partner that has the resources to create a more global footprint. How that scenario impacts holders, I don't know as I don't have enough experience of such matters. Maybe shares are converted/swapped for a new entity. I don't mean this to be a prediction or speculation but many options must be considered I guess. Personally I don't think a simple sale is one of the options. | capricious
26/7/2017 19:35 | I wonder if the circus has any plans to return? Seems awfully quiet here these days. Everyone waiting for clarity on what the financing plans are I suppose. "we need to realise a step change in the products and services currently offered by the Group, in addition to ensuring that the Group's capital structure enables the business to realise such a change" sounds like financing required before step change can be delivered. "explore options which will deliver accretive value for shareholders and provide significant strategic growth whilst fully leveraging the significant progress made over the last eighteen months" sounds good, but what is the risk that the financing plans do involve significant dilution before the accretion can be realised? | 1gw
29/6/2017 08:41 | I think all those L trades must've been due to some problem that saw the days without any trades. I wouldn't have thought that the recent RNS would see us drop further but if the MM drops the price and there are takers, then that's where we are going. | capricious
27/6/2017 17:49 | I'm not sure what the MMs are up to, why all trades are Late, and the no trade days just before this RNS. We had the 2ml trade, I wonder if the MMs can take the trades onto their books, and then not show up? | capricious
27/6/2017 17:26 | Was seriously considering going but don't live near anymore, and I thought it might just be a short formality with the smaller UK presence... and then they go an throw something interesting into the mix. Yes very upbeat RNS, which again has no impact on the market. I guess with Aviva (although we've heard nothing for months), possible funds for capital growth etc, interest has waned somewhat. | capricious
27/6/2017 16:07 | Very upbeat AGM statement & surprised there's been no share price reaction, other than it's all a bit mysterious & possibly folks are waiting to see what's going on. Anyone attend the AGM who could give us some clues? | mortimer7
27/6/2017 08:40 | Yes I think there is something on the cards. It might be a jv/partnership with a fund raising from Hydrodec's side, and funds from a new third party. It could be that(not quite sure how it would work) holders are given a percentage of their holdings in a new entity/arrangement. As to the rest, the performance is great. As I've posted before, the gross profit for 2016 was well below historic norms. With the rapidly increasing transformer sales mix, I can see a path t at least getting to break even (into 2018), and not just EBITDA | capricious
27/6/2017 07:40 | Yes, reading between the lines, it looks like they're exploring something quite significant and perhaps the share price drop indicates that if there is a big placing for an acquisition, its going to be at 2p ish not 4p ish. | yump
27/6/2017 07:30 | Sounds like they have something fairly big in mind. Can't see how a big placing is going to add much shareholder value in the short-term unless maybe it is twinned with a big acquisition. How about selling out to a better-financed company which would give hyr shareholders equity in the enlarged operation? | 1gw
26/6/2017 10:52 | Don't know what's being played here but we had no transactions for days, and then we only get a raft put through as late trades? | capricious
22/6/2017 10:42 | I'm in the waiting camp. Looks like it's bottoming out, but wdik. | brucie5
22/6/2017 09:02 | Well yesterday we had a transaction go through for all of 915 shares! I'm assuming we've reached a point where the short termers have been in and out, and the rest are either waiting in the camp, or sitting on the sidelines, until further news. The AGM is on Tuesday. Although most often a functionary affair, sometimes they release (officially, or via their website) a small update. | capricious
21/6/2017 10:49 | feed re trades from stock exchange went down so no reported trades showing from yesterday but doesn't look like any shares have been traded yet today. | the shuffle man
21/6/2017 10:23 | Am I missing something here?No shares changing hands for the past 24-48 hours!! | clivell
13/6/2017 16:23 | The minimum is the last 12 months. Without checking the last high was june last year of 4.25ish. The next would be 3ish. I can't see taking over would be the best approach for Mr Black. The best return would be to see the share price recover on his current holdings. The only scenario that makes sense to me, is if the company was forced to sell. | capricious
13/6/2017 15:29 | MONI just been taken over at a 28% premium!Mr Black needs to pay 2p here? | kendonagasaki
05/6/2017 21:30 | Antony Black is going to take this over very cheaply ? | kendonagasaki
30/5/2017 18:40 | Business turning around aviva are killing any rise here and any positive sentiment. They have 60million shares left as of a month or so ago, when they are completely out this will rerate. Might take some time though. | ileeman |
