Hyde Housing Association (part of the Hyde Group) has entered into discussions with Tower Hamlets Community Housing (THCH) to form a business combination. Any agreement will be subject to detailed due diligence and the approval of boards of both organisations.

 

The Hyde Group owns and manages about 45,000 homes in London and the southeast. THCH owns and manages 3,200 homes in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
