16/11/2017 06:26 | thanks nerd, thought he spoke very well and came across as very measured. you certainly got the feeling he wasnt someone who was ever going to promise things he could not deliver. good luck all, should break £50 today and plenty of news to come | mad foetus
16/11/2017 03:05 | Vol / Avg. 323,341.00/86,111.00 final NASDAQ numbers for Tues 15th Nov There was a large amount of buying on NASDAQ, possibly prompted by the CEO's appearance on CNBC??? It certainly looks as if the Company's profile is being raised as more people and specialist investors take on board what the incredible prospects are.... If you consider we have just had a huge fundraising, far more than is needed for short to medium term pipeline development I believe some kind of mega deal is on the cards. Pure speculation but I think the Company's profile is about to be raised significantly! | nerdofsteel
15/11/2017 22:11 | Reptile3 Why do you think de-listing from AIM would adversely impact your ISA protection? | kinkell

15/11/2017 12:32 | As an investor in the Slater growth fund today I have just received their factsheet dated 31st of October and that fund now has just over 11% in this stock very good news | montynj
14/11/2017 20:00 | Another strong day stateside, around £48 on good volume, though volume always is these days over there. | mad foetus
09/11/2017 07:13 | Agreed but in my opinion it is only the American market that will value the Company correctly so maintaining a NASDAQ listing is imperative. We seem to have very very few specialist Biotech Investors in this country (there are only 2 funds I know of) whereas it's a much bigger ficus in North America | nerdofsteel
08/11/2017 11:37 | Nerdofsteel..... yes the share price is driven by the Americans and delisting from AIM at some point might be logical but from a purely selfish point of view I would prefer not to lose my ISA protection. Perhaps the way forward would be to wait until the market cap. is higher and transfer to the main London market. This would attract the index trackers at least. | reptile3

31/10/2017 14:51 | No spivy US Nasdaq traders making a quick buck on the over generous discount of the ADS offering. Price is driven by US volume now. UK just follows. | dbadvn
31/10/2017 14:47 | I calculate a £1.30 disparity on the bid prices between UK & US. Spivvy AIM marketmakers? | nhb001
31/10/2017 14:07 | Rather bizarre and surely a record disconnect with the US price at the moment | mad foetus
31/10/2017 14:04 | Err, what happened? | nhb001

30/10/2017 21:03 | If you type in google can I hold NASDAQ shares in an ISA, it comes up with an article from Hargreaves Landsdown dated 3 Nov 2016 which confirms that you can hold US shares in an ISA or SIPP. Hope that helps anyone concerned. | pmwright77
30/10/2017 10:24 | When I last asked the question at the AGM about possible de-listing in London the Board stated there are no immediate planes. I will ask again at the FY17 AGM in April next year! Personally I think that the NASDAQ IPO has been a great success because the American market, particularly the specialist investors get Biotech and get HCM! | nerdofsteel
30/10/2017 09:50 | Not sure if these two links answer all the issues but it's a starting point: hxxps://the-internat and, hxxps://the-internat | reptile3 |
