Completion of Block Listing and Block Listing Return

Hurricane announces that, pursuant to the block listing of up to 29,860,834 ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") announced on 29 March 2019 (the "Block Listing"), the Company has allotted a total of 29,860,834 Ordinary Shares. As such, the Block Listing has been completed.

Hurricane's total issued and voting share capital now comprises 1,990,228,053 Ordinary Shares in aggregate. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, securities of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
