"Under this arrangement the Company intends to issue Stifel warrants over 25,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each. The exercise price for each of the warrants will be 95% of the volume weighted average price of the ordinary shares, calculated over the trading day prior to exercise"

...so walked down to exercise the warrants tomorrow does seem quite a likely scenario!
...if this is the case I would expect the price to bounce back up tomorrow, imho nai etc

Oilretire.Exactly and the shares can be listed from May 17th so Stifel have found a home for the shares at an agreed price and the share price is being walked down to accommodate this as the exercise price is 95% of the previous days closing price.

shorters/bashers appear, warrants, share price drop all in 7 days.timing not coincidence imho. a very professional invisible hand at work. combined with CA selling pushing the share price down when CA could if it wished be selling at higher levels if they only let/wish to.
