Nice way of buying a bit of time to get the best deal without impacting the EPS start-up date. Only 5% discount to the share price at the time too.

I have been thinking that they'd be under a bit of time pressure to get the financing arranged. This would have left the company somewhat desperate to do the deals and the terms would certainly not have been optimal.

This is a creative and smart solution with modest implications for the share price. It seems that Dr Trice's expertise extends beyond exploration.

kooba, yes, i believe it really is imminent thus engaged, because imo HUR need and want this, and the metrics support the validation.

i see, sorry, thought you meant 25m warrants in relation to 1.2b shs...

stobie did say they need cash, we all know this, its capex to develop lancaster to bring in drawfing revenues! teh ROI will be mutlifold!

bringing in a farmin partner massively reduces hur's requirement for cash....and validates the model! share price up when farmin comes imo :-)

Would take a small positive on chances of farm in from this.If they were less confident of achieving alternative financing through farm in for full or part covering eps expense think they would just pull the trigger on far more substantial raise.What this does is buys a bit of time to get that done without compromising the timescales for the eps and production target q1 '19....so maybe one or more of the big boys are engaged??

Seem to recall Stobie quoted ca £20m left in balance sheet won't be enough for EPS so will need some form of equity.From his last vox interview.

to me reading "both" RNS is money to keep us running at full speed till July ie Q3,minimal dilution ie 5% at a tad of our volume

the only numpties around here are the ones stating that the 82.2m cash balance is wot they have now.

It aint. It just was the balance on 31st dec 2016.

ive got fsawatcher on filter, must be from years ago... not offten i filter people, but jeez there are some numpties about.....

biggest uk oil find in decades, and imminent farm in, and hur currently have no debt and own 100pc of the assets.. soo badd..! lol
