06/3/2019 15:15 | Just to clarify something. Looking at the latest presentation on Hur's website…. First Oil at GLA is planned for H1 - ie by July 1st. But the drilling at GWA (Warwick and Lincoln) includes 3 wells and is scheduled for Q2 and Q3. That means it will be starting very soon and should deliver at least one well before July 1st. So the next news after hook-up is more likely to be the spudding of the first well of the 3 at GWA rather than first oil at GLA. | tournesol

06/3/2019 14:52 | Ayl30Look at the presentation I just posted a link to. It gives you a very clear timeline of developments. We are looking for First Oil at GLA. Also looking at start of new drilling programme at GWA funded by Spirit. That's a very strong double whammy within a very short space of time. | tournesol

06/3/2019 14:04 | There's a new* Corporate overview presentation on HUR's website. It's dated First Qtr 2019 and whilst it doesn't say much if anything that's new, it does bring things together nicely. I'm struck by the way it explains that the uncertainties around the EPS are to do with extending its remit and increasing the flowrate from 20k/day to 40k rather than whether or not it can produce at 20k for the life of the EPS. (The 20k is then reduced to 17k to allow for downtime). I certainly had not really thought in those terms. It implies the overall project is lower risk than I had been thinking. Some great timelines showing likely dates for reserve additions. new* = new to me, don't remember it being mentioned here | tournesol
06/3/2019 13:58 | Yup, which makes sense with their sailing time - almost like they've thought it through ;-) | nigelpm
