Yes I did too and since I was robbed I often wonder to what extent the fraudulent members of the BOD benefited. We've no chance of finding out of course but it showed just how easy duplicity and treachery can be perpetrated in this market.

I owned part of Paysafe and felt that the price offered did not reflect the assets and their potential but the BOD felt happy with what they were offered and recommended the deal to shareholders.

Great lunan. Actually I'm thinking of putting a bid in for Hurriance myself, so can you give me the name of a company I could approach who would agree to short them in significant quantities, in exchange for a fee? They'd need to be happy to do this without any agreement in writing, obviously, and to receive the fee in used tenners in a brown paper bag left on top of the cistern in the gents toilets at Kings Cross, third cubicle down. Anyone up for that kind of deal?

4,95 Mln reported crossed by Peel Hunt. (total vol reported by Peel 13,6 Mln). Currently 5 brokers indicating buy interest (again, hardly any sell interest)

The city is nearer the rule makers than we are so it is understandable that the rules favour them and that given their collective wealth not to mention their professional expertise in applying the rules and proximity to markets, they are better placed than us and can serve the interests of clients with big ambitions and even bigger bank balances. Look at the difficulties the authorities are having with the fund industry over disclosure. Information is often available but requires more digging than any individual can maintain.

Thats illegal.
Keep in mind that with new MIFID 2 trading regulations, both buyer and seller are disclosed to the regulator on every trade done. No way to do this without getting noticed

Any company with HUR in its sights will be employing others to short/sell down to restrain the share price ( just look at SOLG @37p)as far as is practicable, given the surges that will follow hook up and later first oil, so that any premium will look good and the final purchase very cheap to deprive us of the fruits of our patience. Can`t really blame them as they are in the game too.

(OTCMKTS:HRCXF)̵7;s short interest was registered. FINRA issued short interest of HRCXF’s total 1.24 million shares. Previously was reported down change of 17.74% from 1.51 million shares. HURRICANE ENERGY PLC ORDINARY SHARES UN (OTCMKTS:HRCXF) has 900 shares average volume. It’ll cost 1376 days for HRCXF to recover its previous position.

If you look at history of shorts reported fortnightly
shorts in the otc mkts seemed to rise from the last time we were at 60p. Some have now been closed but I reckon closing of the 1.25m is worth 15-20p on our share price going off what was shorted in original transactions although oil was rising throughout Jan to date.

Still its a positive as one would think it has to close eventually and add some value to share price even if its only a couple of pence

the next finra report date is Monday 18th March
