Longshanks - It would be nice if the new Chairman and the FD bought a big chunk of equity. Now would be a very good time to do so and send a positive message to the market.

If this breaks 40p I am loading up big time. Just read Cantor's new price target of 80p and their thoughts on the possibility of an offer from one of the Majors.

It does feel the company's now building up a real head of steam

hd, I suppose we shouldn't be too concerned about the large trades. If the turnover is good the share price should look after itself.

Having said that I agree with you that the 1.5m trade looks like a sell in which case it shows us that the MMs are after stock. IMO HUR will continue moving up slowly until someone breaks ranks or we reach the next milestone on our journey.

Then we may fly!!

I picked up a fair few today. Strongest this has looked in a while: rising oil price makes it particular attractive as this approaches first oil.

I am not sure who is selling - but with over 500 MMbbl in 2C reserves for Lancaster alone - this is so ridiculously cheap.

Would expect to see our new Chairman buying a big chunk of equity in the near future.

I have a long term holding in HUR and another company that I was watching and was intending to buy is Cityfibre.

They were priced at 42p yesterday and today received a takeover bid at 81p and traded up 90% on the day today.

We can expect the same to happen to HUR out of the blue. It just shows..you have to be in it to win it.

If we do break 40p tomorrow, then 40p resistance will become support and I think we could see another 10p fairly quickly.

This looks like RB policy of selling into the rise in the share price as we know he is a trader as mentioned at the last AGM .

I think the big trade, more like 1.5m rather than 1.4m, was actually a sell. And we're pushing 40 despite that. Looking set to break through this time, I would think, although one can never know!

Apparently that nice Mr Trump isn't too keen on seeing high oil prices, which is quite surprising seeing as how it is the driver for more drilling rigs being deployed in the USA - especially in the Eagleford shale.

Well stand up and be counted, I also found TH as somone who said it as it was or how he saw it anyway.

Like TG says back to HUR. The new Chair is another piece of infrastructure added to our rapidly unfolding FOIL project.

I must say, I'm a little surprised that Saudi Arabia's recent comments on their wishes to see $80-100 oil hasn't raised more interest with regard to our story given the implications to us.

highlander 7 - Don't know anything about Terry's past. He has always been one of the more honest posters on ADVFN as far as I am concerned.

Anyway, getting back to HUR, I am expecting to see a significant return on my investment. I just wish I had more money to invest now rather than having to wait any longer.

Re earlier comments, I didn't mean the plan was always to sell up completely. I meant it was always the plan to do some sort of deal after the EPS was proved, and in the context of the rns a farm out, sale of x%, or a particular asset etc etc all comes under the 'M&A' umbrella IMHO.
