14/9/2017 09:53 | Sorry but gibbering from the side lines and scaring the horses and and a few gentle souls for a hobby is pathetic. HUR is an investment the may or may not prove itself within two years. All investors know this. It does not really need an idiot making negative comments every hour on the hour to distract them. Now term time has started so why not run along. | shakudo1
14/9/2017 09:31 | Just popped in to remind rackers he is a titanic moron. I know, stating the obvious but there you go. | shakudo1
14/9/2017 08:59 | The Company is making good progress with the regulatory authorities in relation to the approval of Company's Field Development Plan ("FDP") and associated consents and permits for the Lancaster EPS development. Approval is expected shortly, with no impact to overall project schedule anticipated. | gary38
14/9/2017 08:42 | Don't care what rubbish you think. The share price does all the talking for me, and goes against everything you spout. | rackers1

14/9/2017 08:36 | Starting to like the no nonsense approach of sticking to facts, getting on with the business of progressing field development (17000 boed not a bad start for a non leveraged company if all goes to plan), not commenting on the other fields, just hinting at their scale and potential, until cpr published, which could be anyday, and reigning in non too bright directors from mouthing off on amateur radio. Stick to this format, let the facts and discovery speak for themselves and watch as majors (who have made very few significant discoveries over the past few years) take more interest in this potential world class discovery, esp now poo showing signs of life. I've added at these levels for sipp. imo | cumnor

14/9/2017 07:37 | Good to get an update. I note still waiting on some regulatory approvals re. EPS and wonder if they had perhaps hoped to get those in place before providing a comprehensive ops update; no doubt a formality but for completeness perhaps what they would have preferred. | sloppyg

14/9/2017 07:09 | I suspect the main funding at 32p had been "agreed" in principle for ages (perhaps as early as the start of the year), possibly as a back-up if a preferred farm-out could not be achieved. But in response to the further drilling successes, the prevailing share price had increased beyond their expectation. Lenders were unwilling to renegotiate, but to have gone ahead with it at c. 60% discount would have been a severe embarrassment to HUR management. The small warrants issue was therefore designed to simply trash the share price to a more acceptable level - i.e. closer to the agreed 32p - but CA, who must have been ignorant of the agreed funding level, stepped into to arrest the fall at 51p. Had they not stepped in the warrants would have probably taken the share price to around 40p, and then the main funding at a 20% discount would have been acceptable. So why has the share price continued to fall post funding? I suggest that the severe fall from high to the funding has probably knocked the commitment of a number of small time "momentum traders" who bought in during early 2017. It will be a long haul from here to EPS success(remember the real value in the EPS isn't the initial flow-rates in 2019, but the sustained reservoir performance over the following 2-3+ years), but IMHO the current share price is attractive for those looking over a 4-5 year investment period. NAI, etc.. | steve73
13/9/2017 21:12 | My view is the BOD were naive and easily led by their advisors in respect to the warrant funding and the later raise. That nativity does not seem to have improved by them sulking over the last few months. The failure to disclose that the FID is to all practical purposes already underway again reinforces the question "Are they up to the job of running the company?" Geologically clearly yes, as for the rest maybe not so much? | davidblack
13/9/2017 16:09 | Yes indeed | shakudo1
13/9/2017 15:21 | The BoD of HUR must have had the likely scenario painted for them by their brokers when the CLN option was discussed as a solution in respect of share price action: There were plenty of people on here and LSE predicting just what we have seen. Since the BoD of HUR know exactly what the current status with reference to FID and possible FO options, they are probably less inclined to worry. Like everyone else, I don't enjoy the fact that I could have bought cheaper but I still believe that this will pay handsomely over the next 30 months. | twixy |
