HTG is finishing off a 3 year capital investment plan that coincided with the oil price crash. So, its increased capabilities are sitting waiting for orders. WEIR, by contrast, has cut back and bought another company. The tone of the HTG document suggests a less fleet of foot company. The share price may recover after the initial drop, given the market, but HTG stays firmly on the bottom step for now. apad | apad | |
