Happy with those numbers today.. just beats my expectations of 24,000 at 1400 and demonstrates that with flat grade the AISC is very roughly +/- 50USD per 1000 ounces produced..

Cash and inventory at Q1 USD +4.9M
Cash and inventory at Q2 USD +12.4M
Cash built from operations USD +7.5M + debt paid 4.7M (12.2M) less the CORA sale proceeds of 2.5M gives us a gain of +9.7M for the quarter for K funding planning next..

Filled at 19.5p in the first auction too which I was not expecting to get ... :o)

Report shows decent progress - for once.
Shanta Gold seems to have inherited the Goldie box of shame!
The best news here remains the SE drilling results, which are excellent, and should in due course add years to the mine life of Yanfolila.
I remain wary, but I recognise progress when I see it.

Shanta Gold reported today. Did a HUM. The gold content of where they were digging not up to expectations. Production forecast for this year 60-65,000 oz versus previous forecast of 100,000. 2023 expectation 100,000+ oz. The shares dropped 27%. Even so the market cap is £121 mil and £97 mil ex net cash. HUM expects 100-110,000 oz this year and underlying 200,000 without Dugbe in 2023. Yet its market cap is only £77 mil and £57 mil ex the current value of Dugbe. Is this due solely to Yanfolila being in Mali?

Whitegold1 Look at the share price?????? Oh yes, of course. It's half of where it was as a mud field 5 years ago before "production". Silly me! I should have known better than to doubt any information from the smart investors like you and Fat Grunter on here. BTW, unfortunately, I'm expecting the next update to drop this even further to around 15p. Never mind, it's a good buying opportunity.............. isn't it?

Whitegold1 That reply explains to me why you are invested here. My apologies, I didn't know English was your second language. There is a book that may help you and it is available from Amazon:- "Basic English Grammar for Dummies." Hopefully, things will improve when you become educated.

Remember you tried to convince us all with your superior stock picking skills and knowledge when you told us(on December 4th 2020, post 9013) quote:- "10 bagger coming" and then "I'll show you how to do it" post 9518?
