Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
Hummingbird Resources (AIM:HUM) announces that it has issued 1,861,302 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to an exercise of options under pre-existing employee share option schemes ("Options Exercise").
The Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to the Options Exercise have already been admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") under the Company's block listing most recently announced on 12 September 2018.
Total Voting Rights
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission will be 353,688,201 and the Company holds no shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company will be 353,688,201.
The above figure of 353,688,201 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Hummingbird under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Hummingbird Resources (AIM: HUM) is a leading gold production, development and exploration company. The Company has two core gold projects, the Yanfolila Gold Mine in Mali and the Dugbe Gold Project in Liberia. Yanfolila produced its first gold pour on time and budget in December 2017. Yanfolila held pre-production Probable Reserves of 709,800oz @ 3.14g/t, total Resources of 1.8Moz of gold and an additional 390,700oz of non-compliant exploration potential. The Dugbe Gold Project has Resources currently totalling 4.2Moz of gold and a completed NI 43-101 compliant PEA on the project showing a 29% IRR and US$186m NPV at a US$1,300 gold price.
In addition to Hummingbird's production and development assets, the Company also has an exploration footprint of 4,000km2 and a 28% interest in AIM listed Cora Gold, which is advancing a portfolio of prospects in Mali and Senegal.
