The agg deal will go ahead, its a good deal for hum as far as I can tell, I dont think hum will really breakout until the mine is commissioned and we get some sort of confirmation of cash costs at that point we should be generating plenty of cash and it will be difficult not to trade a lot higher .

Good try everyone - just the one trade. It will break when it wants to and not a moment before

Excellent news. I particularly like this part: "Everyone from Outotec who was involved in this project, from sales, engineering and execution, is very impressed with the professional manner in which this project has been executed. Hummingbird may be commissioning its first mine, but I believe this is the first of many projects we will execute together." Charles - I would love to see 35p again at some stage for one final chance to back up the truck but it looks increasingly unlikely. Longer term, HUM should be a multibagger.

I wonder what happened to the guy on here , Canadian most probably, who was ramping AGG as a cheap back door way into HUM via this proposed deal? Mr Market says the deal might not go ahead, with agg at 5c. It ain't over 'till the Fat Lady sings!

I think the bigger re-rating will come at the end of Q2 next year, when they've done 3 months at full tilt and proven they can meet their forecast. I'm inclined to think that up to that point it will be one step back and two steps forward as we grind our way up to mid 50's, while ii's off load to balance their positions and new money tentatively buys in. With production capability proven, additional reserves confirmed, a growing cash pile and some more M&A activity Q3/4 next year should be when we see the biggest gains - then I think we'll get above a £1. As we further mature and start talking divis and buybacks, we'll be marching towards £2. Although if gold gets unleashed, and sentiment returns to mining then we could be at £2 before the end of next year.

There's a pool of money waiting to pile in here but I suspect its gonna be on good interest on first pour and then when it ramps up big time (mar 2017 >>) you'll see a stonking rerating assuming of course gold keeps on track positive cash-flow generation is what the market really wants to see and debt retirement, in time

Strangely, AGG wasn't mentioned until there was a question from the audience!

Yup, get first pour out of the way, then it is about improving the mine's life and getting new projects on board.....GLA and enjoying the ride to £1 and beyond!

Yes, a good clear, confident presentation last evening by Bert Monro, Head of Business Development. "On time, On budget" we're the Yanifolila watch words, the entire mining fleet is now operational. However, considerable emphasis beyond Yanifolila, particularly Gonka and Dugbe.Hopefully soon break and hold above 39p, plenty of news flow should be coming!

Edited: There were 9,899,505 warrants o/s at 30/06. Of these, 8,286,602 are exercisable at £0.22, I can't work out where the other 1.7m come from, I have it all nicely laid out, but on another computer. 750k were exercised on 11/9 and a further 750k now so there are 6,786,602 exercisable at 0.22 plus whatever the remaining 1.7m are worth
