They aren't building a full plant like yanfolila, all they are doing is concentrating the ore. They can probably drop in a modular concentration plant

HUM doesnt seem to be gaining any benefit from capitalising Cora. It seems all they get back is their original stake and thereafter their rightful share of production. Not many startups get that kind of treatment!

With cash flow from year end, can they raise the CAPEX needed to build the mine from more conventional sources? Hope so, although they were mega successful in raising money for Yanfolila. I suspect the Institutions will be happy to have a bit more of the cake.

zhockey - yes that's true, but they will own another 1m oz which adds to the overall valuation which is even more important and adds to LOM

40m units for CAD$3.6m = £2.165m plus potentially another 48,888,888 shares for CAD$ 4.4m = £2.65m
Total potentially of 88,888,888 shares for £4.815m

(d) Subject to the DFS being acceptable to Hummingbird, Hummingbird shall fund 100% of the capital costs (the “Capex”) required to build the mine and processing plant that may be required for the Project and will have the right to manage and operate the Project.
(e) Hummingbird shall receive 70% of the net cashflows from the Project until such time as it has recovered the Capex, and 50% thereafter in line with its ownership of the Project.

As can been seen Dan gave a pretty good presentation. The mine all looks to be coming along nicely. $60m in cash at the moment projected to fall to a low of $15m by first production. Hopefully drummed up some more interest in the company. Roll on commercial production and 50p+
